Beautiful Bridesmaid Inspiration – Midnight Blue

For our latest installment of of bridesmaid inspiration posts we’re focusing on a deep midnight blue colour palette and showing you how to get the most out of your jewellery making supplies for the big day. Midnight blue is fast becoming a classic when it comes to bridesmaid dresses, so we thought we’s share some crafty tips to complement the shade. Wedding Collage Blue

At BDi we have lots of products that will fit in with the blue theme, including some stunning new metallic blue crystal bicone beads that can be used to add a touch of sparkle to your jewellery making projects. Simply add them to your bracelets or necklaces along some of the beautiful royal blue pearl beads, or use them to make a spray with some fine wire for a fascinator or floral display. We also have some lovely flower findings encrusted with sapphire blue diamantes that would make the perfect delicate necklace or bracelet for something a little less traditional.

Still need some ideas? How about making a bouquet or even a table decoration out of some lovely blue satin studded with vintage style brooches and diamantes for a sparkly alternative on a classic that is sure to catch eyes? You could also use your pearl beads to decorate paper flowers to attach to hair pins, or fix them to the bride’s and bridesmaids’ shoes along with some matching ribbon to create a pair that is completely unique.
